Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin sat down for a much anticipated exclusive interview with Charlie Gibson in her home state of Alaska last night. The full interview hasn't been posted online as of yet, but click here to watch selected clips of the governor in the hot seat.
She looked like a student who pulled an all-nighter to cram for the big test the next day, except instead of an all-nighter she had a good two weeks to prepare. At points, specifically when Gibson brought up the Bush Doctrine, I thought her brain was going to implode.

Actually Karl Rove wasn't even sure which of the 4 bush doctrines(media labeled)Gibson was referring to in his Palin interview. Did you (viewer)really know for sure at first? How about an honest answer?
I sure as hell didn't know what it was. But I want someone who will potentially govern from the Oval Office to know what it is. But, yes, Gibson wasn't even referring to all of the Bush doctrine, just the aspect (preemptive strike) that would be the stickiest for Palin to answer.
Actually Gibson had his dates wrong. The date he gave Mrs. Palin was not the date the "preemptive..." dotrine speech was given.
