Your SNL update

It's that time again. Instead of your usual Tina Fey as Sarah Palin skits, I've included some of my other favorites from last night's episode of Saturday Night Live. Check 'em out.

John McCain as John McCain with the honorable Tina Fey as moose hunter and hockey mom extraordinaire Sarah Palin.

John McCain as John 'The Maverick' McCain in this Weekend Update skit. I have to agree with him. I think he should opt for the Double Maverick strategy.

The View parody. Ohhh, Elisabeth Hasselbeck. So sad to watch, so easy to mock.

Ben Affleck as Keith Olbermann. Were it not for his few smirks that got the best of him, this performance was top notch! I was falling off my chair, sir.

SNL strikes again

Ya'll have probably already seen this clip, but if you haven't I have it here for your viewing pleasure. Saturday Night Live aired a special segment Thursday night mocking Tuesday's presidential debate between Sen. Obama and Sen. McCain.

Check it out.

It's that time again

They just keep getting better! If you ever watch anything in your life, please watch the clip below from last night's episode of Saturday Night Live.

Priceless! This woman deserves an Emmy!

Sarah Palin 2.0 on SNL

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler opened last night's episode of Saturday Night Live once again. This time, Tina played Palin to Poehler's Katie Couric in a skit that mocked Couric's interview with Palin earlier this week.

You must check this out, Tina is spot on once again and we all get a little giggle at how easy it is to duplicate Palin's vague and meaningless answers.

For your viewing enjoyment:

The Obama camp issued the following statement yesterday:

"In light of the unfolding crisis in Texas, Sen. Obama has decided it is no longer appropriate to appear on Saturday Night Live tomorrow evening."

Live from New York

It's Barack Obama! No, not his doppelganger, seen below.

The Democratic presidential contender will be making an appearance on Saturday Night Live's season premiere this weekend, alongside 14 Olympic medal winner Michael Phelps.

"The details of the sketch are still being worked out," said an Obama campaign spokesperson.

Will John McCain be making a future appearance as well?
