Palin popularity plummeting

According to the latest ABC News/Washington Post Poll, six in 10 voters see Repub VP nom Sarah Palin as lacking the experience to be an effective president, and a third are now less likely to vote for McCain because of her.

At least, that's what the latest USA Today/Gallup Poll is contending. The poll shows 46% of people who watched Friday night's presidential debate say Democrat Barack Obama did a better job than Republican John McCain; 34% said McCain did better.

Undecided voters shift to McCain

According to a CBS News poll, 20 percent of voters who were uncommitted in August have moved to McCain, 14 percent shifted to Obama and 64 percent are still undecided.
